 Toffee Apple Recipe

Ingredients:

500 grams of ripe apples

Peanut oil one liter

Run starch dissolved in water 50 ml

200 grams of sugar

25 ml of water

Corn flour 100 gms

Preparation:

Peel an apple and grate it. Apply corn starch solution on them thoroughly. Then put a layer of corn flour on them. Set aside Place the first layer of sesame oil on the plate to be served. Make a cup of cold water.

Cooking Tip:

Heat oil in a pan. Drop the apples in the pan and deep fry for two minutes. When they get tired on one side. Take them out. Mix sugar and water in a separate pan. Stir slowly and gradually increase the speed. Sugar will turn into the first golden syrup. Pour a little sesame oil. Put the apples. Stir slowly. That every apple should be covered with syrup. If the apples are too sweet and ripe on the outside and too soft on the inside, you can use potatoes or sugar cane instead of hot apples.
