 Calcutta Burgers



Ingredients:

One green pepper
A clove of garlic
Chicken price 250 grams
Capsicum (chopped) Two tablespoons
Tomato puree (car) a tablespoon
Three teaspoons of flour
Coriander Powder, Chili Powder Dry Fill Each Pinch
Salt and pepper just to taste
Two tablespoons of apple juice

Synthesis:

Chop the green chillies and ginger together. Mix all the ingredients except the apple and half the flour. Then add enough juice to make all the ingredients into thick lace. Then shape them into burgers with the rest of the flour. Then cook these burgers on a preheated grill for 15 to 20 minutes, changing sides from time to time until they melt well and turn brown. You can also apply a little oil on it with the help of a clean brush.
