Ingredients: • Boneless finger fish _____ half a kilo • Black pepper _____ Half a teaspoon • Chili powder _____ half a teaspoon • Perry Perry Sauce _____ 3 tablespoons • Edible oil for _____ frying • Salt 1 _____ teaspoon • Flour _____ 2 tablespoons • Fresh coriander _____ 2 tablespoons • Bread crumbs for _____ coating • Egg _____ 1 piece • Vinegar _____ 1 tablespoon • Kashmiri Chilies _____ 10 pieces Garlic lice _____ 3 pieces • Mustard paste _____ 1 tbsp • Black pepper _____ half a teaspoon • Mustard paste _____ 1 teaspoon • Citric acid _____ 1 quarter teaspoon • Chopped red peppers _____ 1 tbsp • Edible oil _____ 1 quarter cup • Lemon juice _____ 2 tablespoons • Salt _____ to taste • Onion _____ 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise _____ 1 cup

Synthesis:

* In a bowl, add mayonnaise, onion, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well, the sauce is ready.
* Now boil Kashmiri red chillies in vinegar.
Then add red chillies, garlic cloves, coriander, vinegar, olive oil, citrc acid, lemon juice and soaked Kashmir red chillies in blender.
To make a fingerfish, put salt, black pepper, chili powder, peri peri sauce, eggs, flour and mustard paste in a bowl and mix well to make a paste.
* Now put finger fish in it and coat it for 30 minutes marinate.
* Then coat the fingerfish in breadcrumbs.
* Now fry the fish till it becomes light golden brown.
